About Serenity Steps

Hi, I’m Catherine — and I get it.

Serenity Steps grew from my own journey into motherhood—a time filled with uncertainty, sleepless nights, and a whole lot of learning. I remember feeling like I was supposed to have it all figured out, even when I didn’t. That experience made me realise how important it is to have a space where you can just be—without judgment, pressure, or expectations.

I created Serenity Steps to be that space. A place where mothers can feel truly heard, supported, and understood.

With a background in counselling and wellness consultancy, I now work with women to help them reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and find calm in the chaos. My coaching is grounded in compassion, neuroscience, and real-life experience—because I know how much it matters to feel safe, seen, and supported.

Together, we’ll explore whatever’s coming up for you—whether it’s anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, or just the everyday overwhelm. We’ll celebrate your wins, sit with the hard stuff, and build tools that help you feel more confident and connected—to yourself, your baby, and the world around you.
